Conditions of Acceptance

  1. The study must fall within the themes of the conference.
  2. The study must be prepared in accordance with sound scientific research methodologies, taking into account the publication requirements of the University of Zakho’s scientific journals.
  3. The study must not have been previously published in a scientific journal or submitted to another conference.
  4. The study must not exceed 20 pages, excluding appendices and references.
  5. Priority will be given to field studies, experimental research, and innovative practices.
  6. Studies are accepted in the following three languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
  7. The researcher’s curriculum vitae (CV) must be attached in PDF format with the submitted paper.
  8. Any paper that does not comply with the above conditions will be rejected.
