  2. Conducting scientific studies to measure the spread of drugs within the community according to the gender and age of the user.
  3. Identifying the factors that drive individuals toward drug addiction.
  4. Identifying the impact of drugs on the individual and society from health, psychological, social, and economic perspectives.
  5. Identifying and developing contemporary methods and rationales for the treatment of individuals affected by drug addiction.
  6. The role of treatment centers for individuals with drug addiction.
  7. Establishing modern approaches to confronting the growing prevalence of drug addiction.
  8. Promoting public awareness within society from historical, health, psychological, social, economic, educational, and legal perspectives.
  9. Determining the causes behind the spread of drugs and their effects on the individual, the family, and society, in addition to therapeutic measures aimed at countering this spread.
